Castro v. Viera

In Castro v. Viera, 207 Conn. 420, 541 A.2d 1216 (1988), the Court held that the existence of an employee-employer relationship is a jurisdictional fact that must be shown before the workers' compensation commission can proceed with a claim for workers' compensation benefits pursuant to -297 -297 -297 General Statutes 31 -297.
