Faiola v. Faiola

In Faiola v. Faiola, 156 Conn. 12, 14, 238 A.2d 405 (1968) the Court interpreted subsection (f) of 47-31 to require the court to make a detailed finding which gives support to its judgment. In Faiola, our Supreme Court stated that the "statutory directive of 47-31 of the General Statutes [requires that the court] render judgment determining the questions and disputes and quieting and settling the title to such property." Id. The Court found in that case "the judgment simply found the issues for the defendants." Id.
