Fedorich v. Zoning Board of Appeals

In Fedorich v. Zoning Board of Appeals, 178 Conn. 610, 424 A.2d 289 (1979), the court affirmed the right of the zoning board of appeals to make a determination based, in part, on its past practices. In affirming the judgment of the trial court, the Supreme Court opined that "the court . . . was entitled to accord considerable deference to the policy adopted by the defendant board in 1971, interpretive of 105 of the Torrington zoning regulations . . . ." Id. at 616.
