In re Antony B

In In re Antony B. (54 Conn App 463, 735 A2d 893) a Connecticut court even suggested that Connecticut's "reasonable efforts" standard and the ADA have equivalent requirements. After rejecting a parent's claim that the ADA applies to termination of parental rights proceedings that court noted, "A failure to provide adequate services because of the patient's mental condition would violate not only Connecticut's TPR statute but the ADA." (In re Antony B., supra, 54 Conn App at 473 n 9, 735 A2d at 899 n 9.)
