In In re Shyliesh H., 56 Conn. App. 167, 181, 743 A.2d 165 (1999), the Court concluded that 17a-112 (c) (3) (B) "as written and as interpreted by the Supreme Court and this court provides fair warning of the conduct necessary for personal rehabilitation . . . ."
