In Jaffe v. State Dept. of Health, 135 Conn. 339, 350, 64 A.2d 330 (1949), the Court held that the medical examining board's choice of appropriate discipline was not an abuse of discretion, when the board revoked a physician's license after it found that he had performed an operation in an unprofessional manner.
