Saunders v. Stigers

In Saunders v. Stigers, 62 Conn. App. 138, 143, 773 A.2d 971 (2001) the defendant challenged the plaintiff's notice of default because it failed to strictly comply with the notice requirement in the mortgage. The court concluded that a notice of default is sufficient if "it is apparent from the language of the notice that the defendant was" adequately informed of his or her rights. Id. at 147.
