State v. Cardona

In State v. Cardona, 6 Conn. App. 124, 132, 504 A.2d 1061 (1986), this court upheld a finding of consent where four officers had knocked on the door of a house in which the defendant was present, a woman answered and, while opening the door wider, gestured toward the upstairs when the police inquired as to the whereabouts of the defendant. The court noted that there was no objection or any indication of coercion. Id. at 134-35.
