Tirado v. Tirado

In Tirado v. Tirado, 7 Conn. App. 41, 46, 507 A.2d 470 (1986), the Court upheld a $ 10,000 attorney's fee award where the receiving spouse also received $ 200,000 in alimony concluding that "we cannot find that the trial court abused its discretion or acted unreasonably in granting the defendant's request for attorney's fees, since to do otherwise would undermine the $ 200,000 alimony award to the defendant."
