Willimantic Car Wash, Inc. v. Zoning Board of Appeals

In Willimantic Car Wash, Inc. v. Zoning Board of Appeals, 247 Conn. 732, 724 A.2d 1108 (1999), the Court noted that "a local zoning board of appeals reviewing the decision of a municipal zoning officer must hold an open hearing, in order to afford an opportunity to interested parties to make known their views and to enable the board to be guided by them." Id. at 739-40.
