Lamborn v. Division of Motor Vehicles

In Lamborn v. Division of Motor Vehicles, 1993 WL 189485 (Del. Super. Ct.) the Court affirmed the DMV's finding that the officer had reasonable articulable suspicion to stop a vehicle for erratic driving which could have amounted to reckless or careless driving or driving under the influence even though the officer did not testify that he believed those statutes were violated.
