Is vehicle owner liable for negligence of other driver in Delaware ? It is well established that an owner of a vehicle cannot be held liable for the negligence of a driver absent evidence of negligent entrustment or vicarious liability. See Finkbiner v. Mullins, Del. Super., 532 A.2d 609 (1987).
