Parisan v. Cohan

In Parisan v. Cohan, 2012 WL 679072 (Del. Com. Pl. Feb. 29, 2011), the Delaware Court of Common Pleas found that an officer had probable cause to believe an individual was driving under the influence when the officer observed: the defendant's traffic violation; a strong odor of alcoholic beverages; the defendant's slurred speech; the defendant's glassy eyes; and the defendant's slow, deliberate action in retrieving necessary documents for the officer.
