Pfizer v. Advanced Monobloc Corp

In Pfizer v. Advanced Monobloc Corp., 1999 WL 1240864 (Del. Super. Ct.) the plaintiff's expert was a marketing professor whose testimony would be used to forecast loss of revenue for twenty years in the future. It was established that it was not routine practice for practitioners to carry out forecasting for periods as long as twenty years. The court found that there were deficiencies in his analysis that rendered his conclusions invalid. Id. at 5.
