Abdool v. Bondi

In Abdool v. Bondi, 141 So. 3d 529 (Fla. 2014), the Court reviewed whether section 922.052 Florida Statutes violates due process, recognizing that while "no single test . . . applies to determine whether the requirements of procedural due process have been met," courts must consider the "individualized facts of each case to determine whether the defendant has been accorded the process which the state and federal constitutions demand." Id. at 544. In examining the statute, this Court concluded that the Act does not facially violate due process. Id.
