Summary Judgement In Guam

Jurisdiction over this matter is vested in the Court pursuant to 7 GCA sections 3107 and 3108 (1994). The trial court's decision to grant summary judgement shall be reviewed de novo. Iizuka Corp. v. "A grant of summary judgment is proper 'if the pleadings, depositions, answers to interrogatories, and admissions on file, together with the affidavits, if any, show that there is no genuine issue as to any material fact and that the moving party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law.'"
