Decker v. Glasscock Trucking Service, Inc

In Decker v. Glasscock Trucking Service, Inc., Ky., 403 S.W.2d 275 (1966) the circuit court had granted a directed verdict in favor of one defendant in an automobile accident case. The appellate court reversed and, in a subsequent opinion, directed the circuit court to order Glasscock to pay interest on its portion of the judgment from the date of the first judgment against the other defendants, stating that "when the judgment on the original verdicts was entered . . . the claims of these appellants became liquidated claims."
