A.G. Crunkleton Electric Co., Inc. v. Barkdoll

In A.G. Crunkleton Electric Co., Inc. v. Barkdoll, 227 Md. 364, 177 A.2d 252 (1962), the Court gave a liberal construction of the term "nursing services" under the statute, rejecting the argument that it was limited to professional health care providers and holding that it included services rendered at home by the claimant's wife, who was not a professional nurse.
