Associated Creditors (1950) 124 Mont. 370, 224 P.2d 146, the Montana Supreme Court classified as "a very substantial variance" the contractor's error in identifying the contracting owner as "Montana Fish Meal Company," rather than "Montana Fish Meal and Oil Corporation," its true legal name.
