In Hollister v. Forsythe, 277 Mont. 23, 30, 918 P.2d 665, 669 (1996), the plaintiff's wrongful termination case in federal court was resolved by summary judgment. She subsequently brought a case in sate court, which was dismissed on the basis that it was res judicata because of the federal court's grant of summary judgment. Id. at 277 Mont. 29, 918 P.2d 668.
