In re Marriage of Mikesell

In In re Marriage of Mikesell, 257 Mont. 482, 483, 859 P.2d 294, 295 (1993), the Montana Supreme Court found that disregard and lack of respect of the legal process was grounds for the district court to deny the moving party's motion to set aside a default judgment, where that party "had completely ignored the petition and summons that he received ...." and "...made no attempt to enter his appearance individually in person, or by phone or letter."
