Anstine v. Anstine

In Anstine v. Anstine, 214 Neb. 808, 336 N.W.2d 552 (1983), land had been conveyed by the husband's mother to both the husband and the wife as joint tenants. The trial court found that the property was an asset of the marriage, and the Nebraska Supreme Court found error by the trial court in giving the husband credit.
