Bergendahl v. Rabeler

In Bergendahl v. Rabeler, 131 Neb. 538, 268 N.W. 459 (1936), the Nebraska Supreme Court held that during a proceeding to impanel a jury in an action to recover damages alleged to have arisen from negligence, counsel should scrupulously avoid any act, statement, or question of such a nature as might inform the jurors as to whether or not the defendant is indemnified by one not a party to the action against having to pay any verdict the jury may render against him.
