X was convicted by a jury of the criminal offense of operating a motor vehicle while his license was revoked, a Class IV felony, in violation of Neb. Rev. Stat. 60-6, 196(6) (Reissue 1998). X was sentenced to 15 to 30 months' imprisonment.
