X was convicted, following a bench trial, for second degree sexual assault on a child under Neb. Rev. Stat. 28-319(1)(c) (Reissue 1995) and sexual assault of a child (contact) under Neb. Rev. Stat. 28-320.01 (Cum. Supp. 1998). The Sarpy County District Court found X not guilty of first degree sexual assault on a child and guilty of the remaining charges of second degree sexual assault on a child and sexual assault of a child (contact). X was sentenced to 20 years' imprisonment on the charge of second degree sexual assault on a child and 5 years' imprisonment on the charge of sexual assault of a child (contact), to be served concurrently.
