Trivedi v. Trevedi

In Trivedi v. Trevedi, 222 AD2d 499 (2nd Dept. 1995), upon the dissolution of the marriage the court ordered an award of pension benefits to the wife limiting its value to the value the assets had as of the date of commencement of the action. The court reasoned that the increase in the value of the funds since the commencement of the action was due to the husband's active management of such funds.
