Camacho v. Demapan

Camacho v. Demapan, 2010 MP 3, involved a partial summary judgment. There, the Court held that "the order sought to be appealed will be reviewable as part of the trial court's final judgment." 2010 MP 3 28. "In other words, the collateral order doctrine did not apply . . . because the defendant could obtain appellate review of the trial court's ruling on the issue appealed as well as the order dismissing his counterclaims once the entire case had concluded." Id.
