In Alan Reuber Chevrolet, Inc. v. Grady Chevrolet, Ltd., 287 S.W.3d 877 (Tex.App.--Dallas 2009, no pet.), one dealership sued another for breach of contract and specifically sought attorney's fees under the contract. Id. at 881. The other dealership's answer denied the breach and contained a request for attorney's fees, but did not make a specific reference to the contractual provision allowing for recovery of attorney's fees.
