Bloomfield Royalty Corp. v. Carco Investments, Inc

In Bloomfield Royalty Corp. v. Carco Investments, Inc., 435 S.W.2d 178, 180 (Tex. Civ. App. 1968), the Texas Court of Civil Appeals insisted that each appellate issue carry its own passport. The right to appeal from an interlocutory order ... is purely statutory and embraces only the order provided for in the statutes .... An accompanying nonappealable interlocutory order is not made appealable by the fact that an appeal properly lies from an interlocutory injunction order. An appeal from an order granting or refusing a temporary injunction may not be used as a vehicle by which to convey to the appellate court for review other interlocutory orders which are not appealable.
