App.--Fort Worth Aug. 7, 2014, no pet.), a Colorado corporation sought out a business relationship with a Texas corporation; two officers from the Colorado corporation allegedly made fraudulent statements while meeting with the Texas corporation in Texas. Id. "These allegations met the plaintiffs' initial pleading burden by alleging acts or omissions in Texas . . . and torts arising from such conduct."
