Mo. Pac. R.R. Co. v. Lemon

Mo. Pac. R.R. Co. v. Lemon, 861 S.W.2d 501, 509-10 (Tex. App. 1993) held that a crossing that was obstructed because the railroad had illegally parked train cars so as to obstruct the engineer's vision, combined with the fact that the crossing was unlit, unmarked by active warning devices, and that the road curved approaching the tracks, was a specific, individual hazard.
