King Bearings v. King – Case Brief Summary (Federal Court)

In King Bearings v. King, 882 F. Supp. 630 (W.D. Ky. 1994), the District Court ordered the use of a disclaimer, having found that there was a likelihood of confusion in the metropolitan Louisville/southern Indiana area.
