Coleman v. Stevens

In Coleman v. Stevens, 2000 UT 98, 17 P.3d 1122, the Court held that "we will not consider matters raised for the first time in the reply brief," and thus we declined to review the issues in question because of the failure to "properly raise the issues in the trial court and thereby preserve them for appellate review, and because appellant argued plain error . . . for the first time in his reply brief."
