Koer v. Mayfair Markets

In Koer v. Mayfair Markets, 19 Utah 2d 339, 431 P.2d 566, 569 (Utah 1967) the Court determined that a plaintiff could not recover under this theory after she slipped and fell on a grape because we were unable "to find any support for the further and necessary inference that the dangerous condition was caused by an act of the defendant, or that the defendant had actual or constructive knowledge" of it.
