In Speros v. Fricke, 2004 UT 69, P 15, 98 P.3d 28, the Court held that a notice in which the appellant used an incorrect date in reference to the final order was sufficient. The Court reasoned that the order appellant intended to appeal was evident in context and that no prejudice occurred as a result of the error.
