Gulian v. Gulian

In Gulian v. Gulian, Vt. 790 A.2d 1116 (2001), the family court awarded maintenance and did not award child support, assuming "at least some portion of the maintenance award would be available to pay for the children's expenses." Id. The Court reversed and remanded the family court's award, noting "maintenance and child support are separate awards that serve different purposes."
