In re Molgano

In In re Molgano, 163 Vt. 25, 653 A.2d 772 (1994), the Court decided that conformance with a town plan, an Act 250 state land-use permit requirement, should be measured as of the start of the development process in the town for consistency of local zoning or subdivision review with Act 250 review. Id. at 33, 653 A.2d at 776-77.
