In Martin v. Martin, 58 V.I. 620, 624-25 (V.I. 2013), the Court affirmed an equitable distribution where the Superior Court made a number of relevant findings, including first, that the parties jointly owned the home and second, that one spouse renovated and repaired the home, and paid property taxes and homeowner's insurance for the home. 58 V.I. at 626-27.
