Patron v. Patron – Case Brief Summary (Virginia)

In Patron v. Patron, 40 Va. Cir. 379 (1996), the circuit court concluded that parents who were involved in a divorce proceeding, but who had been living together, were both "custodians and there was no showing that the child's needs were not being met while living with her parents, all in the same household." Id. at 380

Accordingly, the court denied the wife's request for child support. Id.
