N.C. v. W.R.C

In N.C. v. W.R.C., 173 W. Va. 434, 317 S.E.2d 793 (1984), the husband had petitioned the circuit court for relief from child support payments, alleging that he was not the father of the parties' child. In N.C., this Court affirmed the circuit court's decision that the husband was not entitled to relief because he had failed to raise "the issue of paternity through appropriate proceedings prior to the final disposition" of the divorce. 173 W. Va. at 438, 317 S.E.2d at 797.
