App. 1989) coverage was denied for an injury that, while it occurred on the insured premises, involved alleged misconduct unrelated to the purpose of premises liability insurance. Id., 754. The insured had caused the victim to become infected with herpes. Id. It was conceded that the sexual transmission of disease was neither necessary nor incidental to the ownership, maintenance or use of the insured premises. Id., 756.
