State v. Givens

In State v. Givens, 28 Wis. 2d 109, 135 N.W.2d 780 (1965), the supreme court affirmed a conviction for disorderly conduct when several demonstrators conducted a sit-in in a municipal office. The court determined that their conduct was "otherwise disorderly" because they had forced their way into the office and had caused such congestion that it was impossible for the office to function.
