State v. O'Brien

In State v. O'Brien, 70 Wis. 2d 414, 234 N.W.2d 362 (1975), where a search warrant was issued based on both tainted and untainted evidence, the Court held that it could independently "determine that the untainted evidence was sufficient to support a finding of probable cause to issue the search warrant for a search of the entire premises."
