State v. Zivcic

In State v. Zivcic, 229 Wis. 2d 119, 598 N.W.2d 565 (Ct. App. 1999), the Court held that the circuit court had not erroneously exercised its discretion in ruling that there was a sufficient foundation to qualify the arresting officer as an expert witness where the officer had testified that he had been trained in administering and evaluating the HGN test.
