Osborn v. Manning

In Osborn v. Manning, 812 P.2d 545 (Wyo. 1991), the Court affirmed an order of the district court in which this issue had been previously decided adversely to Osborn. In that case, the district court determined that Manning, Kilts' predecessor, could build a gate near the cattle guard, but was "enjoined from constructing or causing to be constructed any posts near the cattle guard . . . that have the effect of impeding the free flow of surface water." Id. at 547.
