Seivewright v. State

In Seivewright v. State, 7 P.3d 24 (Wyo. 2000), the Court held that when a defendant alleges that the State has failed to comply with W.R.Cr.P. 26.2, the district court is required to hold a hearing and determine if any discovery violation has occurred, and the failure for the district court to hold a hearing is reversible error. Id. at 28.
